AY2024/25 Direct Bookings Promotions

No Visa No Pay, No Place No Pay

For 2024/25 academic year bookings, if you meet any of the conditions below, you will be able to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of your Advance Rent and any paid rent payments,

(a) No Visa No Pay: if you don't get your visa to come and study in the UK, you must send us the visa application rejection letter within 72 hours of receiving it. This policy is valid until 1 August 2024.

(b) No Place No Pay: if you fail to gain the required qualifications and are not accepted into the University, you need to send us the university rejection letter, or proof that the exam results don’t meet the requirements of the university. You must send us the proof documents within 72 hours of receiving them. This policy is valid until 1 September 2024.

Please send your request and the supporting official documents to the respective schemes email. Should you fail to provide the necessary information within 72 hours, the amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Advance Rent and (ii) the amount equivalent to one week’s Licence Fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

• Student Castle Lincoln

Refer a Friend / Book with a Friend

Refer a friend to stay at Student Castle in AY2024/25 and receive a £100 voucher for yourself and your friend! They must be new residents who have booked after you. They should not have stayed at Student Castle  previously.

• This offer is only valid 43 to 51 weeks tenancy lengths.
• This offer is only valid for current students, even as the referrer you still need to be living at Student Castle, otherwise we will not be able to contact you for the reward.
• The maximum amount that you can receive is a £500 voucher.
• You must check in before 1st November 2024 and bookings must be made before 1st September 2024 to be eligible for this promotion and to receive the voucher.
• Refer a friend vouchers will only be received once you and your friend have checked in and paid your total rent or first instalment. Please take note that this can take up to 8 weeks from check-in.
• We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods.
• Please follow the steps below, otherwise you will not be eligible for the reward.

How to Redeem:

When your friend is making their booking, they will need to,

• select 'Friend/Word of Mouth' in the 'How did you find out about us?' box
• add the following information 'RAF2425 / friend's name / your friend’s Booking Reference number' in ‘Additional Requirements’ field (For example, RAF2425 / John Doe / SCBS12345)

Book within 7 days of our Uhomes live to receive a £100 voucher! You must be a new resident and not stayed with Student Castle previously.
